Ashley Walker

After the MSc, I stayed in Edinburgh to do a PhD in Robotics and then worked for a couple of years in the Computer Science Department at the University of Glasgow. Currently I am taking a very lengthy sabbatical from academic life to play with my kids and write a few books. I still get back to my little flat in Edinburgh in summer, but live most of the year in San Francisco with my husband Martin Westhead (also AI) and our family.
